I'm a South East Asian

Thursday:
Lunch? Dinner?: Turkey Cherry Sandwish
This afternoon i (Olivia) went to The cafe to grab my late lunch. After that i went to Hyvee and Jungs for grocery. Then i realised is already 5 oclock, so i picked up nelson from work and share the sandwish for dinner. The is awesomely good.

I was so frustrated when i got the result from face analyzer. It says I'm a 100% South East Asian. Now i think back, yeah! I have special connection to south east asian. i'm more like a south east asian than nelson.

Reason 1. Face analyzer says I AM South East Asian.
Reason 2. My parents are South East Asian (Chinese Indonesians).
Reason 3. My Hubby is a South East Asian. (Even 70% of my ex are also South East Asian, creepy)
Reason 4. Most of my friends and neighbors are South East Asian.
Reason 5. I speak Singlish better than Nelson.
Reason 6. South East Asian -SEA... and what my research is about? SEA

GO SEasian!

MLK Day

Monday
Lunch: Olivia's Signature Fried Rice
(My style of fried rice, tumeric powder is added which gives a unique flavor with distingush yellow color)

Dinner: Satay Kambing, Stir-fry Sweet Snap Pea, Mango Lassi
(Kambing is lamb, yes, i bought a big boneless lamb leg from Costco, so i will be cooking lamb for while. anyway, satay is a very famous dish from south east asia, suppose to be meat on a skewer. But this is a 15 mins version, stir-fry instead on grilling, but taste as good as the original)
(Mango Lassi is an Indian drink. Mango, yogart and milk in blender. For this one, i used honey instead of sugar, healthier and taste better. Yes i got the mangoes from Costco.)
