4th annual anniversary

It was long time ago, anyway... i'm still going to blog about it.

for our anniversary, Hubby and I went to this not-so-private private kitchen for our big night.

We had:
(1) hot soup of carrots with turmeric infused seafood salsa

(2) prosciutto wrapped lime pickled pears with silver fish salad and chen chu vinegar reduction

(3) orange lime champagne sorbet

(4a) braised port wine infused veal cheek, madeira poached radicchio and buttered potato, served with porcini veal juice and thyme oil
(4b) pan fried lemongrass oil infused barramundi (catch of the day), gingered sweet potatoes and basil fried gourd served with pomelo chili sauce

(5) seasonal greens with light premium grape seed oil vinaigrette

(6) apple crumble pie with cinnamon ice cream and creme fraiche

(7) reg tea or coffee

It was wonderful, too bad that i was not feel so well, couldn't really enjoy the meal. but the highlight of the meal is the apple crumble pie with ice cream. we like the 'bing four' idea.

Thank you so much ah hubby, brought me to such luxurious place for dinner.
Love you Hon!!
