Pineapple Casserole

I got this from Trader Joe's. Taste really good and really easy to make.

2 (20 oz) cans chunk pineapple, reserve juice from 1 can
1 (16 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (7 oz) stick butter, melted
6 tbs all-purpose flour
1 box crackers, crumbled
1 cup sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease medium size casserole dish with butter.
in a large bowl stir together flour and sugar. Toss pineapple in mixture. Toss cracker crumbs with melted butter and 1 can reserved pineapple juice and spread over pineapple casserole.
Baked for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. ENJOY~~
