my bro asked me to update the blog. so here is it
he eats a lot. 1100, coffee and breakfast, 1200 lunch, 1400 ice cream, 1600 snack, 1800 dinner, 2000 dessert, 2200 coffee, 0000 supper.

just realise with the exception of breakfast, everything else runs like a clockwork on a 2 hourly basis !! astonished !!! :P
