Thank God!

  1. Had an inteview yesterday for a temp position as a Financial Analyst at Citibank (for 3 months) 'cos somehow they had 2 FAs who are on maternity leave...had chats with 4 people...and I start on Monday!!! Hope this is a good start...
  2. UCSD - since they don't take you...I WILL!!! I know people around you seem upset about you not getting into their oceanography program, but that's ok..you did 'test' the PhD market after all ..perhaps you will find work in the US, and if not, there are a lot of science positions in Singapore
  3. Let's see, I haven't been having regular meals since I've been back in Singapore but usually I start the day with a banana protein shake...last night I had dinner at Chomp Chomp...had Char Kway Teow (now that's something you can't do at home...), some stuffed beancurd thing, Cai Tao Kway (fried carrot cake, the savory version mind you), about 10 sticks of satay and all washed down with a mug of Sugar Cane juice

Glad to see Mol's not moody anymore...c'mon Jello's just a kitten...he's just about as big as the hair balls you spit out...ok maybe not quite as mushy
